Accepts any\n'spdep' listw spatial weight matrix, including custom and\nnon-contiguity weights. Uses sample standardisation (n-1) and\n'rgeoda'-style permutation p-values. Output cluster codes match\n'rgeoda' conventions, including the Isolated category for\nobservations without neighbours.",
